Signature? HELP PLEASE!!

I'd like to put a banner on my signature when I post. I thought I only had to have 15 posts here to be able to do that...but although I've met that requirement, I cannot find where to put the url for my banner in my settings section. Can anyone walk me through how to do this? Pweeze??

Go to Settings upper right page. On settings page lower left "signature". Realize after 15 posts you have to wait 1 hr for ECF servers to reset.
