Silicon Drip Tips - a plea

Ok, I posted this on the V4L forum too. I received my 3.ml tank that I ordered on a whim. (I've set it aside until I can re-watch Snow's vid on how to fill it, it's a little scary for me) I did immediately try the black silicon drip tip that came with it, and I love it!

Sure, as Snowdragon said, it wouldn't hold the tank cartomizer in place; I've already knocked it off & thought I'd lost it forever twice so far this afternoon. Although it stays in place nicely while vaping & holding an auto battery in my mouth, it is very vulnerable to be knocked off by sideways movement. I just love the squishy, matte-blackness of it, the feel in my mouth. Given that I'm likely to lose it, I need more.

Currently V4L only advertise the patriotic Red, White & Blue. Matte Black is my only colour. So please people, if you got matte black silicon DT with a tank and don't think you'll use it, let me know!

LOL, Katz, I thought it was just me!!!! I lost that little soft black DT 4 times the first day I used it. Love the way it feels, but it gets knocked out way easily, IMHO.

Ms. Katz they have the same issue in the cartos as well. First one I tried, lost within 5 minutes (luckily the dogs didn't find it)...

The white siliconE one I bought seems to have a slightly larger OD and stays in the tank (and other carto's) better than the black one that came w/ the tank. I'd like to see other (muted) colors too: navy, grey, dark-green.

i love the silicon dt that camewith the tanks. The texture is kind of like a paper filter..

That's my concern, as well. With 4 dogs running loose in my house, nothing is safe on the floor for long ;-)

LOVE the silicon DT. Just wish I could use my tank. Adapter is not making connection =( not for coolcarts, tank or wowcarts.

Exactly M'Dir, I am using it with my Wow cartos, haven't tried the tank yet. Knocked it off on the deck, was worried it'd gone through the gaps to the garden underneath (which would mean lost forever), then in the car. Black DT in black car on black carpet. Sigh. But I found it fairly quickly. I too have to be careful not to leave anything on the floor, our cats eat anything. One had to have an operation as a kitten to remove an earplug lodged in his intestines Not an experience I want to repeat.
