I was experiencing juice leaking from the air controls, but it would leak sometimes after a day, sometimes after a couple of days. However, I wasn't always closing my air flow prior to top filling.

I contacted Beyond Vapes, and they told me that they would send me a replacement, but that, at that time, they were out of stock.

After having the SB for a few days, I then made a conscious effort to ALWAYS close the air control, prior to top filling. After I filled the tank from the top, I would take a pull on it, with the air control closed, then open it up.

I went about five or six days with no leaks, and thought the problem was solved, but, alas.... it leaked again! Not nearly as bad as it was when I first got it... leaked very seldom, but still leaked.

Got the replacement SB, and used it for the first time yesterday.

Gotta say, I LOVE this tank! Easy to top fill, large capacity, great vapor flavor and production, GREAT looking....

Used it all day yesterday, and I mean ALL DAY, for the 1st time with the replacement tank. Late last night, as I'm getting home, I see some juice on my hand... not alot, about 4 or 5 drops, but the tank did leak. I do think I turned the tank at a sharp, 90 degree angle right before it leaked, but it still shouldn't leak.... my Kanger Sub mini never leaks!

My iSub tank is the same way... can go days working flawlessly, then suddenly I get juice coming out of the air flow.

Only thing I can tell you is, close the air flow completely, when you're on the move, as I don't think it will leak with it closed... it seems very tight when closed.

Second thing is, Beyond Vapes is a great company, and if you're really unhappy with it, or if you want to give it another try and see if a replacement works better, they'll take care of you! (Again, mine only leaks on VERY rare occasions, so perhaps you did get a bad one?) They have a phone number on their site, and even return calls in a timely manner and strive to help their customers!

Sorry I couldn't be more help!

That's great to know about how good they are with customer service. I was on the fence between the Triton and the SB, and decided on the Triton because of the price difference. I was really annoyed with that tank because it leaks constantly from the drip tip air flow. So I found a SB on Ecig.com for $22, and went for it.

Unfortunately it leaks like crazy from the air flow when I fill it. I tried shutting the air flow all the way with no success. the bottom of the tank fill with juice and I lose about 1ml every time I fill it. Currently I'm using it with the 1.2ohm coil, and I haven't tried it with the 0.5ohm yet. Maybe it'll be better that way, but so far I'm pretty unsatisfied.

I started vaping with the Silo about 1 year ago, and still swear by that tank over the Nautilus. So I was really looking forward to the Silo Beast. Maybe I'll drop them a line and see what they have to say

So I heard back from Beyond Vapes. They were more than willing to replace my tank, but they won't pay for shipping. That's not a huge deal, but kind of inconvenient, since I already bought a defective tank, and paid for shipping to me. Now I have to pay to ship it back. But at least they were ready to stand behind their product. I'll let you know how the new one works out. They told me that it would leak if I left it on its side, but that doesn't make sense. When you buy a tank to hold juice in, it should be just about leak proof. I may as well be carrying a RDA around if I should expect it to leak when it's laying sideways

Sorry to hear about your troubles. I got my 2nd Beast also from ecig. I haven't had leaking with either tank (except when I tried a Triton coil on it) so I wonder if it's a coil issue. Since the coil on these is so close to the airflow, maybe some don't seal as tight as others.

I'm using their 1.2's and haven't had any problems yet. I usually keep it upright, but I'll keep it on the side a bit and see if it happens to me. And yeah...it seems like all these new tanks are anything but leak proof. It's really a joke.

Let us know how it goes.

I've tried both the 1.2 and the .5 coils it came with. I also bought a pack of .5 coils and it leaked with the first one I tried. It does leak when I leave it on the side, but the issue I really have is that it leaks like a sieve when I fill it. I turn the air flow off all the way, and as soon as I open it my hands are covered in juice.
I would prefer to use 1.2's, but ecig didn't have any when I bought the tank.

Let me know how it works out for you leaving it on its side. My local shop said they've sold a bunch with no one coming back complaining about leaks. There seems to be a lot of mixed reviews with this tank.

So I haven't used this tank in a few days. It's been sitting in a drawer, on it's side (slightly on an upward angle) and hasn't leaked. There were only a few mls of juice left, so I decided to try one last method for filling it.
This time, I closed the air flow off and filled it really slowly. When I put the cap back on, I turned the whole tank upside down and then oped the air flow. It dripped about 2 drops out of the drip tip, but not a single drop from the bottom. It's sitting on it's side now, so I'll let you know how it seals over the next day or so

Try the Kayfun top fill method. Fill the tank but don't over fill it(with air flow closed). Screw on the top cap but not all the way down, when you've got a few threads going invert the tank so the air trapped at the top cap rises towards the coil and finish tightening the top cap. The turn the right way up. You shouldn't get much or any leakage from the top cap if done correctly.

This will push air and not e liquid through the coil and hopefully prevent flooding.

Update, I installed a new coil this week on one of my tanks, and it's now leaking quite a bit. There doesn't seem to be any specific reason. I think some of these coils just don't seal very well. I made sure it was in there tight too.

Now that it's prone to it, turning it on it's side definitely is what does it. But my other tank with what I think is a better seal- no problems on the side.

I'm starting to turn on this tank....really great when it's great, but boy is it turning into a pain.

I was going to send it back to Beyond Vapes for a replacement, but I lost their mailing address. So I decided to try it out with a new juice, and the 0.5ohm coil it came with. This juice is a 65%VG. I have no leaking, which is great.
But I prefer to use 1.2 ohm coils. I could spend $22 on 5 coils from the website, or try Atlantis 2 coils in it. I have an OG Atlantis, and like those coils, but I m pretty sure they won't work in the Beast as well as the V2.
Has anyone tried the V@ coils in the Beast? Any problems? How about the flavor? Or should I be safe and stick with Beyond Vape Coils?
