LOL you guys are funny. I hope there are no bad switches, I had a nicotine buzz all day saturday. I was taking breaks about every 5 units. Every unit got 5-8 test puffs, also as i get the switches in they are tested with continuity check for 25 clicks, I also check for connector bounce. LOL my point is if you do get a bad unit tell me about it asap!

I was like that in the service...lack of sleep and stress will make you smoke heavy. The day before I started vaping i was at 1.25 packs a day. I started with 24mg woooooweeeeee what a buzz.8-o...dropped down to 18mg ASAP....

actually yes there would be in between the switch and battery bushing there is about .200in of room so just over 3/16in. Before you do that send me a pm i will give you my cell # and ill walk you through it.
