Since I'm so close (just a little east of Pittsburgh) and I've never used any type of mod before, I'd just like to volunteer to test and review this lovely piece if it can be used with a 510 :)

hehe
Our original intent was to make it exclusively 510 to start, but after some requests, it will be available in other styles as well at release. In the future you will be able to purchase adapter/switch housing for the atty of your choice.

Gorgeous! I have yet to get around to a mod of my own, and am tired of waiting.

I love the pics, and would enjoy, even more, to get my hands on one of my own. As long as it's cheaper than the GG or the SD... even though im sure they are both more than worth it, i have some overdue bills... and late fees to worry about.

i suppose i can always put it on the ole credit card...

With the metal, you aren't going to have the same problem as the GG going off hitting coins and stuff, correct?
Eh, if you mean 'If I set it on a piece of metal...will it fire?' the answer is no. It was built around the concept of trying to be as safe as possible, and to answer your question. You are correct, you don't have to worry about that random change in your pocket. :p

What is the ETA on these beauties?

If things go my way, the first wave will be done before the end of the month =P

As far as the price, we're almost done. We're just waiting to hear back from one last part supplier =P So this will be coming soon =P

somewhere out there......
okay if its drip friendly and you have an 801 adapter at the start to save shipping cost and I can choose between 6v and 3.7v..... Im in on the pre order. I hate using carts for the 801. It only uses half the juice in the cart and then you get that burnt taste at least for me. Your better off dripping the 801 then dealing with refilling carts and topping off. I still like my 510 so I like to have both options which you said you will.

As far as the 6v is concerned, at this present time you will have to use CR2's at your own risk as there are no protected cells of this size. I do intend on offering an actuall 6v setup for CR123 protected in the future.

Will the CR2's put the silver bullet out of commission? Or is it just the battery itself an issue?

No it will not hurt the Silver Bullet itself, the switch is rated at 2A @48vdc. Without protected batteries it is possible to over discharge the battery.

Don't worry it will come quick enough, should have the first few fresh off the presses for reviews here in the next few days :p Preorders will hopefully hit off sometimes next week, with the product going out the following week.

Although, there is one more special 'item' that I want to look into ;P Pricing information will be out 'soon'

I dont know about him but I know I would like to be vaping the silver bullet. I did some reading on your type of switches and they are rated very high. Oh and I noticed they have different colors to choose from. How much more would it cost for a gold color switch? I thought that would be sweet to have as an option. IF not it looks good as is.
