So, here's my problem.
I just got my Silver Bullet earlier in the week.
I ordered a set of Tenergy RCR123A 3v batteries and the "smart charger" for them.
The 1st charge/set of batteries worked like a charm. When those got low, I swapped into a freshly charged set and put the spent ones of the charger.
The new batteries were burning hotter than I'm used to (even for 6v) but worked for most of the day. They didn't seem to get much cooler, though. They seemed to constantly burn extra hot. I kept the atomizer wet, though.
However, at the end of the day, suddenly things got even hotter. Like, too painful to puff on. This lasted about two draws and then, poof, the Atomizer dies.
Thinking perhaps it was a fluke and something was up with that atomizer, I switched to a freshly opened atomizer. Blew out the primer, loaded it with juice and away I went. Three or so puffs in, the same thing happens: Super hot and then the atomizer pops.
Thinking something was up with the batteries and being rather upset at blowing two atomizers inside of a 10 minute span. I pull my half charged set of batteries off the charger, load them up, and try another fresh atomizer. And again, the same exact thing happens.
So, I try my 3rd set of batteries. All of which, I have marked into pairs.
And I try them on a Catromizer that I don't really care too much about. Same thing! They burn way too hot. Vapor literally pours out of the mouth piece like it's cigarette smoke (which I've never seen happen) and then pop goes the Carto.
Now, I'm down to one atomizer and I'm afraid to experiment at all and find out what's going on for fear of loosing the last atty I've got.
Any suggestions? I'm completely lost as to what might be going on here.
