im new to vaping and create simple box mod consist of 18650 Ultrafire 4200 mah battery and on/off swith with led and 100 ohm resist and push button , actually i bought 2 ultrafire battery and use it directly and works fine but sure it gave light vaping as its still need charging , one of them become so weak so i stop use it , finally i create custom 18650 battery charge , its simple consist of Ego charger connected to Ego head with two wire passed to positive and nigative side of 18650 battery , i charged one of them for long time around 10 hours, before chargeing i checked volt , it was 3.6 v and after charge reach 4.25 , now comes the problem , this battery when load in my box mod and press push botton without loaded atomizer its work and led light swith on, but just load the atomizer to its connection led light drop down then its off and atomizer not working , no vaping , if i but the other one which still not charged its work , so finally battery charged , volt checked ok , circuit connected but when load atomizer it doesnt work ,

any advice regard that issue vapers will be appreciated .

No one will recommend a new vapor to build their own mod and charger. I don't care if you are an electrician or inventor or whatever. You are playing around on unsafe ground. You don't sound like you know what you are doing. You chose one of the worse batteries to use in an e-cigarette. Buy yourself a properly manufactured e-cig device before you injure yourself or others. Also buy a quality IMR (Li Mn safe chemistry unprotected) battery.
