Simple "Topper" Question?

I have the KangerTech EVOD and a MT3S BCC tanks.
Can the tops and mouthpieces come off like the KangerTech Protank does when you disassemble them for cleaning?

Thanks! That was one of my mixed thoughts. The other was they were a tight removal.
But I didn't force it so as not to break them.
