Well I just ordered a 901 and should be getting any day now. I have always loved to sing, but now after smoking for years, I can hardly make it through a single song without coughing up a lung or two! Which is particularly frustrating when my two year old daughter is always begging me to sing with her and I just can't do it anymore!

So my question to fellow singers is: since you started vaping have you been able to sing again?

I've smoked for nearly 45 years and when I first started vaping, I was coughing up gunk like mad for the first 2 week, then another week of clear stuff. Week 4 brought a suprise, no morning hacking, no more coughing frequently throughout the day,a clear feeling in my lungs and my wife says my snoring is much quieter. In addition to regular vaping, I was vaping Nhaler's lung renewal juice for a couple of hours each evening before bedtime.

I'm lead vocals in a band and both my range and vocal quality have improved since switching to vaping for the last 5 weeks. This was brought to my attention first by my guitarist and then we started trying the songs we wrote back in high school when I was practically a counter tenor. I couldn't hit all the notes but I can hit more of them than I could the last time we tried which was about 3 years ago : )

It could completely just be me ... but I feel like my range has improved some while the "power" I have behind my voice has lessened since I started to vaping. This is especially true first thing in the morning ... when I was smoking I hardly ever had to really warm my voice up, but now I have to practically belt it on my way to school just to be ready to sing in my first class.

Oh well ... I will take the other benefits over the power anyday ... I am hoping that as my voice continues to adjust that will change as well.
