I saw a few okl2 setups and one used a sigle 20k ohm axial resistor and the other used two 10amp resetable fuses in parallel. I was hoping to understand the difference and how each effects the most
The resistor is in the firing circuit and carries no real current. The 10 amp resettable fuses are for overcurrent protection out of the mod or batteries. The 2 components provide totally different functions and are not interchangeable.
The SUP70P03 that's typically recommended has an RDS(on) spec of 0.007 Ohms @8V
