I did when I first started, and found out I wasn't staying hydrated enough. Drink plenty of water when vaping. Also to make that feel better use some saline nasal spray it helped me immensely. But yeah, the PG can be drying, stay hydrated, mine got better after the first week or two.

Hello,I had the same sinus issue when I started and still do sometimes been vaping for 1 year now. I know if my sinus starts hurting and my lips seem chapped I didn't drink enough water.

just switched over to a 100% VG juice to give to give my head a rest... ( fudge brownie flavour... yummay!!)

So that explains it! Thanks :)
Im drinking quit alot of water ,but at the same time i'm drinking tons of coffee...
Guess i've to cut down on the coffee abit :D

You can keep the coffee, just increase the water intake if you do. That's how I do it. i have water between cups of fresh, hot, yummy coffee.

Yep, coffee and black tea both have lots of caffine so you'll have to cut that down and stick with water if you want to be comfortable :)

Yea i've noticed since i stopped quitting i can't take as much caffine as i used to. I read up on it. And apparently something in cigarettes makes us tolerade caffine way more. So now when i've quit i can get uhm not sure english word for it "Stiffy" perhaps? If i drink as much as i used to.
