does anyone get achy sinus from vaping?? im doing really good, but cant tell if im sensitive to scenty things, or there may be something in my juice im sensitive to....
I did when I first started, and found out I wasn't staying hydrated enough. Drink plenty of water when vaping. Also to make that feel better use some saline nasal spray it helped me immensely. But yeah, the PG can be drying, stay hydrated, mine got better after the first week or two.
Hello,I had the same sinus issue when I started and still do sometimes been vaping for 1 year now. I know if my sinus starts hurting and my lips seem chapped I didn't drink enough water.

Sinus issues seem to be common. It could be a combination of causes: not drinking enough water, PG, stopping smoking, etc. Here is a long thread that might help from the Health and Medical sub-forum:
Yea i've noticed since i stopped quitting i can't take as much caffine as i used to. I read up on it. And apparently something in cigarettes makes us tolerade caffine way more. So now when i've quit i can get uhm not sure english word for it "Stiffy" perhaps? If i drink as much as i used to.
I saw my doctor today on a unrelated issue, and explained to her what was going on, shes very impressed with ecigs, told me quite a few of her patients have used them to get off analogs..
