Exactly. The coil also doesn't touch the filler so if you get a dry hit and quit there you can still refill. With Boge one burnt hit and it's burnt filler garbage. At least that's been my experience.

I took one apart on one of my videos and showed the difference. The most I have ever burnt an SI carto was a burn mark the size of a pencil tip so it was still usable

I'm leaning more and more toward the fillerless cartos when I'm not involved in any rough physical activities. One full Phoenix comming apart in your pocket will turn you back to filler cartos quick lol. I can't wait for SI to come out with their answer to the CE3 but there will always be a place in my pocket for regular cartos.

I'm glad. Take a fools advise. It was in my front jeans pocked doing yardwork. It won't happen again lol.
That's what has been keeping me from using those. I always keep my PV's in my front jeans pocket and am afraid of transporting any tank system that way.

I love the SI carto's, but I get a color to the flavor with them. At first I thought it was the SI juices, but it's there with other flavors too. It's not overpowering, but there none the less. I don't get that with Boge's.

PBasardo noticed this when he reviewed some Kanger cartomizers which are VERY similar to the SI (horizontal coil etc.)

I don't know, I'm a landscaper and it is in my pocket all day getting banged around. Maybe I've been lucky, but so far, I haven't had anything leak even a drop and I have been using the same one for a month. I'm sure if it happens, I will be .......

I wear carpenter shorts at work like these:

and put my x2 in the side/back leg pocket. Even with a clearo I have never had a problem even when bending or squatting at work. I tint windows so I am in and out of cars all the time and squeezing into back seats.

The SI clearos probably won't come apart as easily as the Phoenix. I take the tube off of the Phoenix' to clean them easily. They don't come off the SI clearos nearly as easy for me. I don't even bother with them. I'm climbing on and off tractors and mowers, cutting wood, crawling around weeding or doing things like carpenter work, wrestling aligators and slapping bears around. I'm sticking with a lanyard from now on. That works a lot better for me. Should had it on when that one came apart. Like I said, ain't doin that no mo.
