Site seems slow today

Last nite, anytime I would try to open a thread, it would be blank. Today is very slow. I'm usually one that ECF runs well for, even in the past when there were many complaints.

Maybe I'll try turning off avatars and sigs.

I thought my son might be downloading something huge...or seeding (ahem) something.... online because it's been SUPER slow for me since yesterday! Glad to know I'm not alone in my suffering! haha!

it just took me 20 minutes to get on ecf by way of google - 'my posts' not loading at all. took me forever to try to log out and clear cookies

I'd love to see the site running a bit quicker so I can jump around to all the interesting info, but today is painful.

I think it just has trouble keeping up with the traffic. I'd guess it's a shared server, and shouldn't be.
