I think it just has trouble keeping up with the traffic. I'd guess it's a shared server, and shouldn't be.

No, it's not a shared server, but several dedicated servers that comprise ECF. I'd wager one of them on the backend is acting up, throwing the entire balance out of whack.

just to add info...long lags from work using firefox, long lags from home using chrome, can't access ECF at all from my iPad.

(but i was able to complete the survey)
