Sizzling sound!

Hey folks,

everybody knows it. As soon as you fire any type of atomizer it's gonna start to make that sizzling sound. Personally, I have a Provari+carto/tank system and have been absolutely pleased execpt for one fact: this noise that appears to be even louder when it shouldn't (e.g. stealth vaping ). So I was wondering if anybody knows any good tricks to easily prevent that sound without reducing the airflow significantly. I was thinking that maybe some sort of gum might help to at least make it a bit quieter. Are there any commercial products I might have missed? Am I the only one to dislike the sound?

a lot of it depends on what your vaping with, some devices arent as loud as others.

I don't think there's a silencer for carto's yet. I think any type of gum would restricted air flow. I personally love the sound of a carto/addy sizzling plus I never had one that was extremely loud. where are you stealth vapeing in a church?..LOL

That sizzling is music to my ears. If you want a silent vape you should try RBAs. I think the stardust style of tanks are pretty quiet too but I wouldn't buy one.

Taking a drag inside your jacket will muffle the sound. I do this for stealth vaping but not to muffle the noise. Usually where I'm stealth vaping the surrounding noise drowns out the sizzle.

Try just asking what's that strange noise after each vape. They will never catch ya

Thanks for the fast replies. Appearently many of you guys like that sound. To be honest it never really bothered me either. It's only the quiet moments like lying on the couch watching a movie with my gf that I wish it was quieter or completely silent. Seems like the perfect solution has yet to be invented

Oh and I'm using Boge SR cartos which should be pretty much the standard cartomizer everyone uses...

Are you hiding the fact that your Vaping? That Snap, Crackle, Pop, Sizzle is a good thing.. We'll unless your trying to "Hide" it from someone. lol

It's taking your Juice to the level where it needs to be. "Your juice is having a blast, Enjoy it. "

I'm not hiding it on a daily basis but in certain situations it would be nice to be at least able to hide it
