I'm Thankful of our "like" button ....It makes it so much easier to let folks know we agree with/understand/think a post is funny etc....than in the OLD DAYS (last year) when we had to post & had pages of "ditto type posts". Of course it brings up all new issues ....ie: mekakeisei's post.... up above ^^...cuz I totally feel for her & that situation & completely understand where she is "comin' from"....but would feel bad LIKING that post. 
So just for future reference ...If I like a questionable/sad post ....It's cuz I feel for ya !!!

Today I'm thankful for great friends who can boost your car when you leave your headlights on! 
I'm also thankful that this contest is over, I'm running out of unique things to be thankful for! Lol!

I am thankful for CASAA, 'cause the 
FDA is always tryin' to pinch us, and I'm just a mere consumer who needs advocacy.

I am thankful for frozen yogurt! It's a delicious creamy treat without all the calories and fat that are in ice cream!
I am thankful for the men and women in our military, past and present. Without the courage and sacrafice of our military service men and women we would not have the freedom, opportunity and safety we have today.
Well, I'm a little behind schedule... but it is time for this Challenge to come to an end... 
Although from what I have seen by some of your posts (and I apologize for not having gotten around to reading them all yet, but I promise to read each and every one!!!) that at least some of you will be carrying this on in your daily lives, and that is more than I could have ever hoped for...
I have been so touched by the response to my Challenge... whether you chose to enter only once, or on a daily basis, you took the time out to actually think about something you wanted to say... something you were thankful for... no matter how big or how small... and that is what life is all about!!
My life has been through a lot of ups and downs in the last 10 years, and I spent a lot of time worrying about what I had lost... and about the things I could no longer do. But once I changed my thinking and found joy in the little things that gave me pleasure... to be thankful for what I did have... everything started to fall into place, and even life's every day stress didn't seem so bad anymore!!
But now I have to face the Challenge (and the Stress... ha!!) of selecting the Finalists by Random drawing, to see who will be receiving one of these wonderful Gifts that I have been given the Honor to offer the people of the ECF!!!
What I will probably do is to catch a few more hours of sleep (I'm on the West Coast) and then announce the Finalists later in the Morning. And then, just to keep all of you in suspense a little longer (LOL!!) and to give me a little more time to do the final order of the Names and Gifts that are to be matched up with each other, I will announce the Final Results by 6pm PST this evening (Monday).

I am thankful for generous people like spacekitty and others that keep me addicted to these contests.
