Slow to Ship Right Now

I placed my order late evening on the 6th, It shipped on the 11th and I received it on the evening of the 14th. Yes, it's going to take a while, but the wait is for sure worth it. I already placed another order and plan to order in advance from now on so I won't have to be concerned with how long it's going to take next time; it's just that it was only my second ever order for e-liquid from anywhere, ever, and didn't really know how long my first batch was going to last me (apparently not as long as I thought).

I really am sorry about all of this. However, of the year of business we've had, this has happened only twice where orders were set back. Back in November or December we had our nicotine detained in customs RIGHT when we had a "buy two, get one free" sale. We were 330 orders deep and two weeks behind (company was still young then).

And then this recent slew of "poop"...

At present, Ramilya has returned from Russia, Michelle has returned from Finland, we have hired additional shipping help that will start this weekend, and I will be personally training a new mixer beginning Monday.

So from here, not only do we get caught up, but we're about to get a WHOLE lot better, including new single and premium flavors!

I'm glad I held back on ordering! Think I'll wait to see what the new flavors are!

Wish I still lived in California I'd love to work at TV!

In any business enterprise that is experiencing a booming product demand, there's a temptation to use short cuts and compromise quality to get product out the door as soon as possible. While of course I would like my order quickly, I would rather be assured that, no matter what, the product quality will always be the foremost priority.

I'm happy to see that TV has admitted to having temporary delays, rather than succumbing to the temptation to quickly put together product in a sloppy fashion. Yes, some folks will be ...... at having to wait, but no one will be able to question the quality of the product itself. Kudos to TV!!

No, we don't cut corners around here. From a business perspective that could be our undoing, but in insisting on quality it could be our blessing. I'd rather hope that how we're doing things is a blessing.

As for Gus. Sometimes I think I need to club Gus over the head with a baby seal to get him to realize how stubborn he can be when he needs to be recouperating.
