I'm getting back to vaping so just like the last time I started vaping . I'm weening myself off the stinkies, I got my order for new juice yesterday and tryed 2 of them both from alt cig
And when I decide what flavor I like the most I'm going to load up my nautilus and rose with th then just vape like a fright train . It's just time for me to finally say good bye to ciggs forever

Good luck. I don't know how you do it, for me it's got to be cold turkey or nothing. It's the way that I stopped smoking cigs over a year ago, just went full force into vaping (once I learned that there was something beyond the "Blu"'s and the first couple days was just vaping nearly constant but now I hardly vape much at all, mostly just when I'm driving or if I've had a couple adult beverages.

When I did crave on a cigarette, I would just take about 5 to 10 good hits on my vaporizer and the cravings went right away. One or two hits just wouldn't do it but 10 good hits would take away even the strongest cig cravings that I had. That was at 18mg Nic.

It's now been over a year and I do still get a strong cigarette craving about once every few weeks, so I steal away (if I'm at work) to someplace like the ventilated bathroom and have about 4 or 5 good hits and then I'm good. I prefer if the cravings would hit when at home as I don't need to go anywhere special to vape but we can't really control when our cravings are going to hit.

Anyway, best of luck, stick with it, if you really want to quit you will. Vaping was the only thing that worked for me, I tried the gum, patches, hypnotherapy, books, tapes, etc.
