Small APV Question

I have a buddy of mine that has recently gotten into vaping and he posed a question to me on behalf of his lady friend, what's the smallest APV that will run a sub ohm tank. I told him I though an eleaf iStick might but I am not 100% sure of that. I am turning to you good folks for any and all input please.

I should also add, I am not sure they are looking to buy something that requires batteries right now, so an APV with an internal battery would be best.

IStick 30w and 50w versions can run sub ohm tanks, the 20w version cannot

i was running my subtank mini ( rba 1.2-1.4 ohm @ 12 max 15 watts) on sigelei mini 30 watts, its a nice mod just you need to take care of 510 thread

edit. sorry did not watch second post... sigelei mini need batteries
