Is there any good small battery mods that I can adjust the voltage on that are 510 threading and can fit a Kanger Mini Protank II?

I use the EVOD 650 and I like it because it's small, but I would maybe like something I can adjust the voltage on and has a digital display if possible and resistance display. Bigger clouds and more flavor.
I have no idea what is out there and I get a headache when doing a internet search since I don't know much about all the talk and models and versions and this and that.
I don't want big, just something around the same size of what I'm using now or a little bigger. Something around $40 bucks?

I seen a MINI MVari Variable Voltage mod. Is there different brands? Can I use my tank setup on this unit? Is it a good unit?

Evod 650 is 104mm long and 14mm wide.

Sigelei Zmax V3 or V5 is 100mm long and 23mm wide with an 18350 700mAh inside. These feature one-piece stainless steel 510/eGo threading, VV/VW and are not limited to the 18350 battery. The will display atomizer resistance and other parameters. The telescopic tube will also fit 18490, 18500, 18650 and 2x18350 for additional battery capacity.

The V3 on the right is 100mm and sized for 700mAh 18350. The V5 on the left is 112mm and sized for the 1100mAh 18500. The V3 in middle doesn't have a battery in it and hasn't been sized for anything.

Vamo will tape in at least 4-5mm longer than Sigelei at all battery size configurations. SVD is longer than Vamo. Sigelei, Vamo and SVD all use the same Yihi 3-6V/3-15W chip but each have their proprietary differences including firmware. Guys are getting 24W out of their Sigelei V3s and V5s using 2x18350.

Itaste vv v3 is 111mm with the 800mAh non-replaceable battery. But it does charge with USB which is a priority with some users.
