Small cotton fibers

Let me start by saying i am new to RTA vaping. I have been wicking my eleaf lemo drop with "ko gen do" cotton and have been noticing small cotton fibers at the base and tip of my drip tip. When rewicking my lemo drop i make sure to try and comb out any loose fibers by gently brushing it with my fingers. Also, i make sure to saturate the cotton with juice before completely reassembling the RTA. Shoukd i be concerned with inhaling these fibers while vaping?

If you cut Koh Gen Do in the wrong direction your wick will fall apart.

Instead of getting a wick that is the length you cut (the fibers running in the same direction as the length of your wick) what you end up with a bunch of small cotton fibers in between the 2 outer layers.

To answer your question no I have never seen this happen.
I own 6 lemos and use Shiseido Japanese cotton.

So, are you saying it's better to cut the wick wider than double the cotton over?

Non she is saying you need to cut the cotton with the grain not across it or it will fall abart
