Big tobacco is in bed with the government and the pharma companies. Find a way to "avoid" the heavy taxes they are putting on analogs and they are freaking out. I love my country but hate what it is coming to... "Oh your toxicology screens are looking great. You are in better health and you no longer are diabetic. Fantastic! But, you used something that isn't taxed through the roof to do it? For shame."

That's basically about where every vendor stands right now -- helping as many folks as we can, but waiting for the day when we get regulated into non-existence.
Obviously, after being here for more than three years, I have considered starting an electronic cigarette business.

And my conclusion has always been that I am well set financially and don't want to take that risk.
And a risk it has been, and will be until the dust settles.

So kudos to those that had the heart and the guts to make a run.
And to those that sacrificed for what they believed in.

I hope you all make it out alive, or have backup plans.

Having said all that, this isn't over until the closing bell sounds.
And we still have a lot to say in these matters, as a group, and due to our passion.

All vapers should at the very least be thinking about how they can get involved, based of course on their ability to do so.
If your ability to do so is limited for any reason, then consider doing what you can, when you can.

Every little bit helps, and that's no lie.

I hope all that took a chance for the right reasons get rewarded.
And I sometimes wish that all that just jumped in for a quick buck, and are not fighting for what is right, get whatever they truly deserve.

I'm looking at you, Green Nicotine.

Backup plans is the key -- with the pending ban here in our state, we have definitely looked at options.

Exactly. We've seen a few dedicated vapers here make quite an impact, and have watched the ripple effect as more and more vapers get the word that we have something to fight for, and have a fighting chance to beat this thing. Whether it will make an effect or not, noone knows... but the more we get involved, the better the chance we stand, here and nationwide.

I sure wish more people on this forum would pay more attention and at the least join and support CASAA. It's the only non-profit organization trying to keep vaping from being banned and regulated to death.

Believe me, I do. Also, National Vaper's Club does quite a bit to help as well. They've been a great assistance through the whole shebang we've gone through here in ND. Definitely worth a look.

National Vapers Club - Meeting Place for lovers of e-cigarettes, personal vaporizers and all things "fog" producing!

I figured you did and I would guess that most suppliers support CASAA. The problem is too many people who vape and have joined ECF appear to be too self-absorbed or something to take the time to join and support CASAA. I know that sounds harsh but I can't figure out why everyone who is on this forum are not overtly supporting CASAA. I don't understand the low level of support for one of the only groups actively struggling to keep our ability to vape alive.

If you don't believe one person can have an impact, look at our troubles in the middle east caused by one man.
