Sometime ago I created a text file (kept on the desktop) of my testimony.
I used the word wrap option instead of breaking lines and double spacing
because not all comments sections allow for it.

All I do is open the text file ... Select all ... Copy
then paste as a comment.
The e-cigarette industry is worried the agency may try to ban all recent models of e-cigarettes, based on an April 2011 FDA statement that indicates impending regulations may consider products not already on the market before February 2007 as a “new tobacco product” subject to stricter regulations in the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act of 2009.
Representatives with the FDA say regulations are being drafted under auspices of the Tobacco Control Act. No timeline is being given. “We are moving as expeditiously as possible,” said Jenny Haliski, spokesperson for the FDA’s Center for Tobacco Products.
