Sometime ago I created a text file (kept on the desktop) of my testimony.
I used the word wrap option instead of breaking lines and double spacing
because not all comments sections allow for it.

If I want to post my testimony on an article ...
All I do is open the text file ... Select all ... Copy
then paste as a comment.

Actually ...
I have a folder on my desktop named E-cigs
inside that folder I have a number of text files
and Testimony is just 1 of them.

Another one is named Flavors ... I know the content
is Flavors are NOT targeting the kids.

We say the same things over and over in response to those
idiots posting crap that they merely copied and pasted from FDA
and ANTZ rhetoric

We complain about reporters just repeating FDA lies ... They are just
coping and pasting ... Much easier and faster ... We should be doing
the same thing for posting in their comments sections.

I often have seen excellent 1 liners posted on this forum. Some may
recall me posting "Great 1-liner" ... Many of those great 1-liners have
been incorporated in text files in that folder on my desktop.

Its easy to just quickly edit a text file to focus on 1 article than
to compose a new comment.

PS: Every once and a while ... I have run into a web page (article)
where for some reason Paste won't work. In that case I use the
keyboard command for paste ... hold down the Control key and
press V.

I am amazed that the reporter picked up on this fact:

The e-cigarette industry is worried the agency may try to ban all recent models of e-cigarettes, based on an April 2011 FDA statement that indicates impending regulations may consider products not already on the market before February 2007 as a “new tobacco product” subject to stricter regulations in the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act of 2009.

It has been discussed by us in this forum and Bill Godshall has mentioned it in his Tobacco Harm Reduction Update. I've never seen it mentioned before in a news story.

I really wonder if THEY are going to try banning all recent models ...
I'm leaning more towards what THEY will do is "cut deals" IE compromise.
Just don't see them shutting down such huge segments of the industry.

Obviously, I don't have a crystal ball ... Just thinking out load.

Representatives with the FDA say regulations are being drafted under auspices of the Tobacco Control Act. No timeline is being given. “We are moving as expeditiously as possible,” said Jenny Haliski, spokesperson for the FDA’s Center for Tobacco Products.

Most interesting part of the story. After months of saying regulations can be expected "this summer," It would appear the FDA has again pushed back their timetable.

until well after the election
