Ok so I showed my 510 to my girlfriend today. She seems interested but she said it is too big (don't see how... but ok). Is there a smaller e-cig that performs halfway decent? The mini maybe?

There are egics out there that will match the size of an analog 100 - Red Dragon, super mini, etc... However, you'll get less batt life and power which losely translate to less vapor production and throat hit.
Get her a super mini starter kit ($40-$50) and go from there. There are even some under $40 from China sites but that can be a long wait.

you wont care how it looks just how long the batts last after a week of using a 510.. lol

You can try a Joye306. Performs shockingly well and is fully compatible with the 510 so you can share parts if you need to.
