Good observation. We know that anti-smoking groups are often supported by "charitable" divisions of Big Pharmaceutical. That's been documented. If they can scare people into quitting, then Big Pharma profits from sale of NRT products. So what are they to make of e-cigs, where they do not profit and indeed lose money that might have otherwise been spent on gums and lozenges and patches?

Exactly, the Pharmaceutical companies have been handed a golden goose, finally they are legally allowed to sell a product that customers just have to keep coming back for.
