Check out the novice hybrid, the Pisces mini, the bagua, all run 14xxx batteries, those are what I consider small. But in the way of 18490/18500, I say the pisces-t. It telescopes to 18650, those are the only battery sizes it works with. But wait! You're wondering why not 18350. It's 18490 size is the same size as any other mod in 18350. Sorry, I wish I had a comparison picture for you.

If you just want to try a pure mechanical at a fantastic price, take a look at the KTS Telescope Storm for $17.45 in chrome or $19.45 in gold and chrome from fasttech.com. You can't beat the price/value for a small mechanical.

Wabbit

The MKB-ts is very similar. It's also a GGTS clone but looks a little more like it. With the smaller cap it's the smallest 18650 mod I've seen. About an inch smaller than the Provari.

TET Alpha Ultralite. Prolly never find one, but it's a bad little mother. Most likely to turn up at FC classy's.

It's roughly the same size as a Steam Machine atomizer.

With one of those CE bottom coil clearomizers I can pace the same vape from it as my biggest mods just not for as long. Generally a single 10440 will last me an evening out.

I second the GP Paps. Also consider GP's Piccolo.
They also make an atomizer named spheroid.
Paps or Piccolo with a spheroid on top is the perfect combo!
Prices are reasonable and the quality is nothing less than excellent. ! ! !

Theres a thread right here on the e-cigarette forum where notifications of new batches is being posted. It's called "GP Series by VapourArt - Advance Notifications, Tips & Tricks & Updates Thread".

PS.:
I am not in any way associated with the GP Team from Vapourart, just a very happy Danish user of their products. :D
