If run time is not an issue an unregulated 510 or 808 will be 4.2 off the charger. Get a short 65mm one and the right cartomizer and it will have a good punch for it's size. Forget runtime though.

I am actually searching right now for a short 510 automatic batter just for this purpose. If it has 1hr runtime that is more than enough.

eGo minis (350 mah), shorty carto and shorty drip tip. Can't beat it for stealth vaping. smok sells a kit with two devices, extras and a carrying case, cheap...

It's a Gus telecopic in 18350 mode (22 mm diameter, about 64 mm height). Not sure about the top part but it looks like an Empire mods drip shield and drip tip.
