poland, and the brassy lands of google
Commercially available a 1AAA box and a 10440 is about the smallest with room for a switch and connector. If you don't mind modding a box a 14250 or 10280 can get down to this small (Para's mod not mine):

Get some of these: eBay - New & used electronics, cars, apparel, collectibles, sporting goods & more at low prices

Cut off the top part, cut down the sliding lid and make something like this: http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/battery-mods/291222-baby-bottom-feeder.html

Really not that hard...the copper piece was just my OCD showing but filling it with a bit of 2 part epoxy would work good too...

Damn Quigsworth, that box cost more than two of my completed units...

Just saw it was for 5 lol

I know! even for 5 I thought it's a little steep, but I love those boxes and how they curve around the batt, "they caress my hand like a lover" (say that like the Old El Paso guy would say it...waaay less creepy )

You'll like it...the sliding lids can be really stiff at first and depending on your preferences the textured surface sands off real nice starting with 200 wet/dry then finish with 600 wet/dry...I'm making another Baby Bottom Feeder (my new fav) and 2 are earmarked for my Lines (with front and back vertical sight slots to show off all that SS goodness)...all chopped down of course, oh and I got a good sized chunk of 14 gauge 304 SS sheet to use as the top piece for those...not looking forward to working with that stuff...I remember wiring commercial kitchens in my apprentice days...hey kid, we need 5 holes drilled here, here, ...here's a drill and a box of drill bits, have fun...

I just noticed you get a pouch with yours...aw! I got burned, lol

Smallest box you don't have to cut down smaller.....1 AA Box

14500 battery and recess the connector so the end of the atomizer/cartomizer is just outside the box makes a really easy build and a very small footprint

It's the same box I use for the Mini Mod...just cut it smaller to fit a 14250 instead of the 14500. By leaving it the standard size you can use a full size battery

Now I'm waiting for these batteries: 2 X 3.7V Li-Poly Li-Po Battery For Syma RC Helicopter | eBay
Hope to make something really miniature :) These babies can give more than 4A. Also have protection boards.

I keep meaning to build a mod around a LiPo (I've got a great RC shop walking distance from my house and I've held the batts in my hands, just haven't pulled the trigger)...I just like the shape of the batts, seems a much more efficient use of space and no waste with batt springs...not really up on the math with them though...will I get a similar run time with LiPo's over Lions with the same mAh rating?

Haha! You also want to try them :)
These batteries have a little less rating than batteries with smaller power consumption. We should pay for everything...
Anyway if we use them with smaller currents (we do!), they should give more power. It's standard for all batteries - less current consumption - more capacity.

I have been using this battery in my mini helicopter for a long time and have never had one explode. Very high drain only 7 min of flight time. Marlboro uses them in their promotional coil lighter and doubt they would risk explosion law suits. Like all batteries especially lipo care in use is essential.
