Anyone know the absolute smallest bat that will fit in a GG-TS? Smallest I've got laying around the house is an 18350 and it still looks like it can close up another half inch. I want to shrink this thing down to its absolute smallest size.

I actually bought a GG slim, but bruce sent me this bad ... GG-TS instead. I needed something much smaller then my provari for stealth vaping. Anyways, I went ahead and paid him the difference in price because Bruce is too nice of a guy to take advantage of, he has always been good to me. I don't care about battery life, just need it super small as possible.

...The battery capacity of the 15270s is pretty bleh.

yep, but that's the GGTS at it's smallest size. for future reference, the battery numbers indicate size, so 15270 is "15" mm wide, "27" mm long, and the "0" indicates it's a cylindrical battery. getting the best runtimes out of single battery configurations is going to be with one of three options, the 18350, 18500, or 18650. just because you can put a 10, 15, 16, or 17mm diameter battery in there doesn't mean you should. if that's what you have, go for it, but if buying new batteries, keep in mind that the length of the TS changes, not the width, so good quality 18mm cells in different lengths makes the most sense. as far as closing up the TS all the way, virtually no telescope, with a 34 or 35mm long battery, i think you'd have to modify the center post that the spring sits in by filing or cutting it down a bit. the telescope is still visible because it's threads are needed to connect the collector tank, but that's pretty much as small as you can get it.

Stownz I went into my tool/ junk bin and found an old car charger and some nails. There is a mini spring that helps push out that pointed / positive tip out on the charger. It fits the ts spring section perfectly. I got the spring that gets larger progressively so I replaced it. The nail if possible, find one with a similar size/diameter as the original post. Try to find one with a flat head as well. If it's the rounded heads it may have to be sanded down. If the diameter of your nail is slightly thinner, it will affect the fully closed position of the adjustable draw. Shave it down so it just passes the plastic center connector and touches the positive end of the connector. It will fire up and allow the atomizer to screw down to the deepest position of the connector. I too was looking for the smallest configuration without a gap. I now have the tightest configuration of the new TS. I used a dremel with a cutting/sanding disc to get the right length. Another important part is that there are 2 micro sized o rings in that plastic holster in the middle. Be sure if you try this method to just sand down the nail so that it's not too blunt a cut cause it grabs the o rings and pushes them out making it a hassle to push back in. So if the modified nail is just slightly pointed it'll slide right past the o rings and connect to the atty. Hope this helps and that you understand my explaination. If you don't mind killing the original post you could just cut and sand that down instead of finding a nail of similar dimensions.
