I did find out one thing, NEVER, drill an air hole with a hand drill with the atty in your hand. LOL, sorta have a nice hole in my finger right now

Found the perfect breather hole that works for me. It is a number 59 drill bit which is between 1/32" and 3/62", I think it is actually .041 inches. I did try a 1/16" hole but thought draw was too loose and I ended up using it like a carburetor which was giving me flashbacks to college. I put it perpendicular and just below the coil.

I've just ordered some RCA plugs on Ebay. I'm going to make some of these. I'll be using the connector from a CE2 with the air hole tube coming up the centre. I've got a Bullie A2 on it's way, but really want to make my own as well.

No nuts 0-80 screws 16 g tubing and tapped it.
