i use the dropper bottle from TV with them i get
801 - 30 drops 1.5 ml
901 - 15 drops .75 ml
510 - 10 drops .5 ml
that is using the drop to ML conversion table i found on the forum here someplace
but the drop size can vary so one drop may or may not be the same size from my bottle as it is with different bottle
only way to tell for sure is to get a ML syringe and use that

901 and 510 are all between 0.5 and 0.6ml, they are interchangeable anyway. The mega carts hold 0.9-1ml.
IIRC, the 801s are around 1ml, the cigar carts 1,2ml. Not a good reason to start with a cigar, though, unless you know how tricky and expensive that can get.

OTOH, refilling my 510 carts takes me a few seconds, so I have never been quite able to figure out what is so important about cart size. They last me for between 3/4 of an hour and an hour, and then I pull them off, drip like 10-12 drops into them, push it back in, and am done.

Satoshi, Have you purchased a PV yet? I'm worried that you might still be on the fence about this whole "e-cigarette" thing. Jump in! Get either the 808 or the 510 or the eGo and some extra juice and start from there, you won't be disappointed.

Yeah I bought the 808 and learned about the burning polyfil issue, then experienced it myself...turned into a 10 page thread http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/new-members-forum/78031-kr808-good-start.html

Looking for a replacement now.

It's not really the time, it's the inconvenience of having to carry around the vial and finding a place to refill it. I mean what if you're driving? Easy to pull out an analog and light it while driving...hard to line up everything and refill in the middle of rush hour traffic.

But I think I am going to get the Jantystick and just keep some filled carts with me.

I think that's a good idea, satoshi. I am now using a 901. I ordered some greencig carts and plan to give them a try.

The inconvenience of carrying that 5ml-bottle is about the same as carrying a lighter, I should say. And for situations like in traffic, you can take pre-filled carts with you and merely replace the cart. It's where those neat little silicone caps on top of the carts come into play. Far easier to remove, btw, than the caps on a carto.

Besides, I don't have any particular problem doing a quick refill when I am on my bike and stand at a red traffic light, either. Unless it is so cold I need to wear gloves. Then, I do admitt, I have to stop for a few seconds on the side of the road, pull them off, and refill. But that of course is not a problem in a car, usually.
