Okay so first let me start off by telling you this. I am a dripper, I am not a noob dripper, I am a very experienced dripper. Now that that's out of the way...Let me tell you about this sharp company. I order 5 long barrels that Vapor Joe keeps touting on his site. Well I placed my order last sunday morning. I emailed them on thursday of last week to ask them if they had plans of shipping my order or if they do the instant notification of my tracking number and stuff. Got no response from them at all, instead I got an email of a gift certificate to take care of my shipping for next order. I got that email on friday morning, and then friday night got the email of my tracking.

Tuesday I opened up my mailbox and got my 5 atomizers finally. I opened it one up put 3 drops in it and set my Provari to 3.4 volts. First rip and it officially caught my throat on fire. I'm like whatever it takes time to break in, next hit and well the coil popped. Whatever I chalk it up as a DOA practically. Next one I do the same 3 drops 3.4 volts take a rip and almost die again. I take it off my mouth and just burn it while observing. After observing I see the hot liquid popping like when you have a hot spot on your rba. So I chalk that up as another loss. I did get the third one going and it has not one ounce of the flavor and quality of a Cisco spec or Empire mods 1.5.

After dealing with all of these things I sent them another email about the DOA and the hot spot on the second atomizer. Well I sent that tuesday it's now thursday night, no response. I don't think customer service is their strong suit over there. I wouldn't waste my time. Go elsewhere for your atomizer purchases. vape on :vapor: -Unseen

Okay just came back to write and inform others that not only was my e-mail(s) not replied to, they also deleted my poor review. I don't think anyone should deal with this company. It's not just sour grapes over here it's the simple fact that I am a paying customer and am not worthy of any reply. I've checked my junk mail, deleted mail everything. Just a fair warning even if you like the atomizers or anything they are selling do not expect a reply from them.

That is where you went wrong. Vapor joe pushes cheap crap that might or might make some amount of vapor and now he is monetizing his crap pushing...

I mean you expect what you expect out of people. I'm not killing him over doing his thing over there it's more along the lines of holy crap it took 8 days to package 5 atomizers and ship. To make matters worse not even respond to emails? Then to send me an automated "review your order" email. Then you review it for what it's worth and it gets deleted lol that's unreal to me. If you seen my review as a vendor wouldn't you say hey let's make this right and discuss what happened here? I would.

I know, that is unacceptable. In my opinion the e-cig industry has some of the best vendors and customer service compared to other industries and hobbies. Not communicating with customers and failing to ship within just a few days will run a business into the ground faster than anything. I guess that is a good thing though. The vapor joe jab just had to come out. I can't stand him and his gang with the exception of smoky.
