smell or taste

What are your thoughts on the fact we smell or vapes not so much taste it think about it the next time you really sample a flavor and see what you foo for me I dont taste a thing I just smell it like fine wine. Any thoughts ?​

Actually, most of your sense of taste is due to your sense of smell. When I vape, I usually exhale through my nose anyway...it gives the best of both worlds!

Yes, most of the flavor I perceive is actually the scent, and particularly strong when I exhale thru my nose. The only flavor I get in my mouth is aftertaste -- and the tingle of throat hit. If there is no throat hit, it doesn't satisfy, so it really doesn't matter what it tastes like, I won't be vaping it.

I draw directly onto my tongue I find that's where I get my flavor but I sure do enjoy the aroma that hangs in the air afterwords

I agree with you all I was trained in wine and spirit tasting and the sense of smell is a big time thing you can identify 300% more flavor through you sense of smell rather than taste we would smell wines for a long time before we tasted them then you would taste all of the wine afterwards . I find Ejuice to be the same i smell 90% of the time more flavor than what my mouth gets. Often get a sweet aftertaste thats fruity and thats about it . What are some good brands of ejuice to sample with a lot of (smell) taste . I just put an order into 5 pawns not thinking they are in califoria it will take a week or more to get to me when there is a guy over the hill who sells it as well i guess its how we all learn . happy smell the juice .

The Blueberry Muffin I'm *still* addicted to (the only pre-mixed ejuice I still buy!) is from sweet-vapes.com -- absolutely right on the money authentic smell and taste of a yummy blueberry muffin, and you can customize the PG/VG to suit yourself. It's probably the best tasting pre-mixed ejuice I've ever tasted. If you like things sweet, a drop or two of TFA sweetener REALLY brings out the flavor.

If I could only re-create this flavor myself... I'm working on it! But not there yet, dang it all.
