So I cannot ever smell what I am vaping, yet I can smell when others are. Anyone else experience this? My family will comment on the smell of my vape and try to guess the flavor, but I get absolutely no trace of it. After more than 10 months without an analog I can certainly smell everything else better, but not what I am vaping.

Well, you do smell it. But it was just in your mouth, throat, and nasal passages, so it doesn't really register. For instance I started smoking black n milds way back when because I loved the awesome coffee-like smell. But after the first 5 or so that I smoked, I never smelled that particular scent again. It was just "normal."

the basic assumption is that if you have smelt it, you have dealt it :)

ok, with that out of the way. i'm not sure the body processes exhale scent. same kind of thing with halitosis. i do notice it when i leave then come back to a room but not so much as described above.
That makes sense. Not that this was keeping me awake at night, was just curious if others noticed the same.

I have a hard time smelling it as I do it, but if I leave the room after a nice, satisfying session and come back a few minutes later, the room seems alive with the aroma. The more complex the flavor, the more pronounced the aroma seems to be.
