Smok dripper RDA vs Smok mini RDA - same thing?

It looks to me like the Smok dripper RDA and the Smok mini RDA are essentially the same bottom with different skirts on. Can anybody confirm?

In case anybody is interested: yes, they're the same atty with different skirts. And I find the Dripper rda's skirt a lot classier than the Mini rda's. And it doesn't require a drip tip.

Once you drill the airhole a tiny bit these are PHENOMENAL for flavor.

Only 22mm one I have tried that is in the same league is the Magma.
