smok ego not working

I'm kinda new to all this but I have a smok EGO ecig. Not even 1 month old, has been working great! Tried charging it the other night and the indication on the charging piece runs red and so does the ecig LED.
let it charge all night and go to use it the next day and works for maybe 30 min. Then dies again. So I try charging again and same thing next day works for a few hits.
So I throw it on the charge again. Now the indication light on the charging piece is green and the LEDS my ecig cycle through red white and blue. Also I can't get my battery to give any kind of LED at all (click 5x=nothing) and so on the only rreaction I get is when it cycles through leds while on the charge...

Please any help would be awesome

Hello and welcome to the forum. Glad to have you here!

Have you tried turning it off and then turning it on? If that doesn't work it could be the center pin of the battery is not making a good connection with the charger. This usually occurs from over-tightening the tank onto the battery connector. Just make sure that if you use something conductive (metal) to pry up on the center pin that you do NOT hit the fire button while you are working on the battery. Or better yet, turn off the battery.

Try this and report back. Hopefully someone more knowledgeable than me (on all the lights) will stop by soon.

Definitely try the center pin. Also, make sure the contacts on your battery and charger are clean. I usually dip a q-tip into some alcohol and go over the contacts when I am switching batteries. Make sure everything is dry before you plug your charger back in and put the battery on it.
