SMOK GX350 battieries problem

Hi, recently I bought a new mod smok Gx350 and also I bought some Sony vt5 18650 batteries for it. The problem is that my battery door won't close because it seems that batteries are slightly too high. What can I do?

A couple things could be going on,
Are your batteries authentic, bought from a reputable well known vendor?
Do they slip into the battery slots easily or do they fit tight?
The plastic tubes in the battery compartment are removable if needed.
Are the shipping stickers still on your batteries? that small rectangle sticker can cause a battery to fit tight.
All 4 batteries seem to be too tall or just 2?
Be sure you install them in the slots in the correct + / - orientation.
When new it does take some downward force to close the battery door.

Yes they're authentic, bought from reputable vendor, they slip easily, It seem that 2 batteries are too high on the sides They're in the correct orientation. I actually closed it with force but the battery door is slightly bended on sides. I will post photos later

If you bought the mod locally I would suggest taking it all back to them for them to look at. Something isn't right, obviously.

It's hard to know for sure from pics, but from what I can tell those look like legitamate Sony VTC5 batteries.

Nothing but blank black boxes for me, no matter what I try.

The battery door should close firmly, but shouldn't be so difficult it bends or deforms any part.

Baditude got one to work, but it doesn't show anything out of sorts & not clear enough to determine anything.

^ It's bent a little It looks like It is not closed.

There's a space between the door and the box, You can see the side battery, on the other side its the same

I'd start the return / refund process to wherever you bought it, doesn't look right to me.
It is designed to run on 18650 cells, if they don't fit there is nothing you can do, seems a manufacturing flaw and a matter of smok QC.
