Smok Tech 510 Manual Batteries not working...

I just purchased 2 smok Tech 510 Manual batteries from madvapes and when I put on a Boge carto they don't produce any vapor. I hold the bottom, it lights up, I inhale and NOTHING....what am I missing?

also, I have another 510 battery, I believe it is a genuine Joye... when I have a carto off and hold the button it lights up forever but as soon as I screw the carto in and push the button, the light gets dull and it shuts off. help!

Do you have a multimeter?
Sounds like a possible short or issue in the carto...
I would probably put it aside and try another to see.
Dud carto's aren't unusual ( I had one just yesterday that was metering at 4.0 ohms, explained the horrible performance it was giving lol)

Nope, the carto was fine, tried it on another and it works. I also tried several cartos on this particular battery and none worked. HELP! lol

Since you tested them it sounds like a bad battery. I'd put a ticket in with madvapes to get it exchanged.

I am still looking for answers on why the Smok Tech 510 batteries do not work with Boge cartos.....

I have gotten three set of batteries over the last year (not from any dying, just beause it seemed wise). I have cartos that will only work on one set and not the other. The last set I got was the Smok tech, but I haven't tried the cartos on them. I also tried to use a 510 to 808 adapter with some clearos and the Smok Techs are the only ones that that set up will work on. I get nothing at all with the older batteries that way. I have no idea why any of this happens, but it does...
