The filler isn't as absorbent on the first fill (it's A-OK after that though). I don't know why but they are a little easier to burn than the boge. The flavor is pretty good, but I prefer the flavor from the boge. And, I think quality control is better with the boge.
They produce great vapor, good (but not as good as boge) flavor, and they hold up really well with VG juices (usually - I have two juices that can plug up any filler carto in less than 2 days and often in less than 1). I think the smoke tech actually performs better than the boge with VG juices.

I find the draw to be a little airier on the Boge. Both perform well for me - with some juices I prefer the dual-coils, and some I prefer the Boge.
Good reminder. I thought the OP was talking about the standard single coil smoke techs.
@sean5340 - Which smoke techs did you get? Single or dual coil at 2.0 ohm?
After further review, I got the single coil. Looks like they only come singles in 2.0 ohm.
Dual coils in 2.0 and 2.5 ohm can be found a couple of places.
Anyway, since you're vaping the device I thought you were vaping, I'll stick with what I said before.
I've been vaping on the Smok Techs for two days now. There is no difference in physical appearance what so ever. I can't tell them apart by looking at them. The box is even identical. Now for the performance. Very nice vape and better TH than the Boges I think. The draw is light and very smooth, better than the Boges. While very good, there is not much difference in flavor compared to the Boges. If these last four to five days before a decline in performance they will become my regular carto.

Okay, it's been four days now on the Smok Techs. THEY ARE FANTASTIC! I've been rotating two cartos between my Riva and T-Rex 1100 mah. They have not had a bit of drop in production. They are vaping the same as when I took them out of the package. The TH is outstanding and the flavor is nice. The wicking on the STs is superior to the Boges. They take about 14 drops to top off once vapor production drops to the Boges 9 or so. Don't get me wrong, the Boges are good, but the Smok Techs are better. Well, to me at least.
Heh heh, better get behind a heavy piece of furniture sean. When the Bogeians (Bogerites??) show up, you'll need some good protection.

I've picked up one to try back when I ordered my e-power. I was using 80/20 at 18mg and I really liked it, but it went to a very hard draw fairly quickly and cleaning didn't help. I pulled it apart and there was virtually no singing so I don't know what went wrong. Six mentioned qc and I think that's the biggest problem we have in finding something we can live with.
Well, Ive been vaping eighteen days on the Smok Techs. I've opened five out of the ten I bought and only one has died. I haven't cleaned any and production remains very good. Looks like I might get forty days out of ten! I'm a happy vaper now.
This is my one experience.....I had a 5 pack of them 3 were duds and the other 2 lasted like 3 days a piece..... Cleaned them and 1 Started to burn and the other one had no performance..... Imho they were crap vs the boge..... One Boge last me a week + before cleaning they clean well with little performance drop overall 1 can last me a whole month Also i vape 4-7ml a day on the same one.....
