Sent them several emails and never got a response. Kind of disappointing...

Most of these vape companies have the same non-existent warranty and customer information. I hope this will change in the future, but don't have lots of hope..

Even if they responded they would just tell you to contact madvapes, that is their go to answer. I would just go ahead an email them as the key contact in the U.S. and see what they can at least get the info out of kindness.

These triple coils won't die. Still on the same one from August 1. I don't think the flavor is quite as good as week 1 but it's more than acceptable. I have had to fill this particular tank up at least 20 times if not more. Not to mention all the high wattage abuse.

Since I'm not using my RBA I decided to do some crude measurements on it. No calipers so I used a ruler that measured mms, but it seems to be M2x2 SS screws, at least on the single coil RBA. Doing this also made me realize that it's a little disappointing that the wire holes in the RBA seem to be just big enough for 24g wire, wouldn't be able to do parallels like I hoped. I wonder if the dual coil RBA is like that.

I've had my kit about five days now. Paired along with the new smok xcube 2. I managed to also track down the dual coil rta deck separately and got that on monday.

I had leaking issues immediately with the quad coil. No leaking with the tri coil. Ive tried numerous builds and wicking configs on the single and dual deck with cotton, rayon, and readyx ceramic. The ceramic was a fail but I havent given up on it. As far as cotton and rayon (of which i hate using both cause of the nasty wet sock taste it gives every juice) Ive only had leaking when filling the tank.

On my unit the airholes cannot be closed 100% when filling. For whatever reason the holes on the airflow ring itself are ever so slightly larger than the cooresponding holes in the base itself. So there is never a good vacum when im filling it. All my orings seem fine, are intact, and ive tried builds with wick in the channels as well as tucked up on the dec itself. Still leaks alot when filling.

Its either user error or a bad unit. I dunno. I like the tank but its not liking me.

Its the coil. I have had 3 of these tanks in rotation for over a month all with the quad coils. I dont like the tri coils as much. In that time I have had two bad quad coils. 1 leaks. I have tried that coil on all 3 of my tanks and it leaks for each one. But I cant figure out why. The o'ring is where it is supposed to be. So I suspect its letting in too much juice. I have also had 2 coils that only lasted a couple days. Its a good thing they sent me a lot of coils.

I wish I could be sure of that but I think in my case it may be a combination of issues. Not being able to close the airflow off 100% while filling definitely contributes. In my eyes, it is the most likely culprit. My experiences with the fogger v3 were about the same. If that airflow was open even a smidge on filling it would leak right away.

I hear from some ppl that their airflow can be closed off 100% with their tfv4. Others say theirs was like mine. The owner at ecig avenue where I bought mine said all the ones he has seen close off completely. He said his employees have been using them without issue. I sent him a pic of my base as well.

Im really thinking it was a bad batch of machining from smok. I have no idea. I could use that tank band over when filling but Id rather have a unit that works right.

Of the time I did spend being able to vape the tri coil, I really truly loved the vape.

There are no wire holes on the dual coil. You have to use the trap wires under screw head method. However it does work remarkably well. Lowest gauge I keep around here is 26awg. I had no issues trapping under the screws. Theres actually a little vertical lip on both sides of the screw that helps keep the wires in place when tightening it down. I believe it is the same size screw as the single coil. Looks to be. I dont have a caliper.

I've never close off the airholes when refilling and I did not have any leaks with my first quad nor the triple I am currently running. I did have issues with one of 2 quad coils. It was definitely the head that was causing the leaking in my case.
