Hey just wanted to let y'all know a few things I found with the x Cube 2 and the ftv4 tank.
Many people say the temp coefficient is off on the xcube. I don't think it is at all, the reason I don't think it is is every atomizer I put on it reads low. About .1 low. My ipv d2 reads every nickel coil that much higher. I have the 1.092 update and nickel coefficient is 00602 and it's weak. If I manually set the ohms on it to the same my ipv d2 reads it, and it vapes exactly the same. Think that a lot of these devices that are weak, simply read the ohms low, causing it to vape weak. For nickel, haven't tried titanium or stainless yet, but .05 ohm makes a big difference in the vape. I would love to see a ohm reader be able to read as low as .000 just for temp control vaping. Try this and let me know what you find. I find changing the temp coefficient isn't as good as raising the ohm to what it should read.
The ftv4 tank.... I had crazy leaking issues, mostly when I filled it, with the single coil rba base. Turns out the 0 ring on the top, that screws into the top cap is so small it doesn't seal proper when you put the tank together from the bottom up. What I do now is set my wick, put on the chimney, screw the atomizer into the top cap snugly, put the glass on the top cap, screw on the base, then fill. No more leaking.
Love this pair, only con is the fingerprint magnet, (snake skin jwrap on the way) and the low ohm reading. It's great that you can manually set the locked ohms on the cube, so really isn't a problem.
