Can anyone who uses this product please give me the address? I want to return it but can't find my original packaging and the website give you just about no information.

Go to their website and at the very bottom you can click on "Terms & Conditions".

I think if you try to circumvent their procedures for returns you'll have nothing but grief.

No wonder they don't want to handle refunds. If I ripped off some one like that I'd be avoiding them too.
