Hey everyone!

Long time reader, first time poster. I've been vaping on and off (mainly off) for the last year and a half. I started with a basic Volcano e-cig set up and ran with that for a month or two while still smoking analogs. Now I have come back around full force and have not had an analog in over a month!

My brother recommended the VV box mod from Madvapes, so I took the hour and a half drive to Charlotte, NC to purchase one (as well as a tank system and some tasty juices) back towards the end of December. I smoked a few more analogs that day but haven't touched one since.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Madvapes and to everyone else here in the ECF community! Happy vaping!

I love this VV box. So far it has held up very well for me, unlike my girlfriend's who broke hers by dropping it about 10 times in one night out at the bar.

My pros:
- Awesome battery life (two 14500 mah)
- VV range from 0-7.4 volts (although I tend to stay between 5 and 6 volts)
- Small and compact
- Fits nicely in my hands
- Can use just about any 510 compatible accessories
- Easy to turn on/off

My cons:
- Made of plastic, very cheap feeling
- The voltage adjuster is very still and basically requires a screwdriver to adjust the wheel
- The back comes off very easy
- The batteries are EXTREMELY snug in the case and can be a bit of a pain pulling them out (I recommend using a penny or a key to "grab" the top of the battery and force it out)

Despite the cons, I still highly recommend this device. It fits nicely in my shirt pocket, in a jacket pocket, and in my pants pocket. Although I have a bit of trouble getting out out of my pants when I have my tank mod attached to it. I don't think you could do much better than this mod for $35.

Welcome! Keep on Vapin!

Thanks!

I just got Backwoods Brew Maple Tobacco, Casablanca and Peach as well as a flavor pack from Parkes Vaping in the mail today. I'm gonna let the BWB steep for a few days since I've heard that's the best thing to do with Don's liquids.

I've already tried all three from BWB but the Maple and Casablanca have a strange taste to them, but I can tell they will be wonderful in a few days.

Casablanca is one of my top two vapes, along with DK-TAB from Dekang.
When I get my Casablanca, though, I set it aside for a couple of weeks to get it where I want it to be.

When it tastes like a smooth tobacco with a nice hint of cocoa, it's ready.
Until then, it is sort of just meh.
:)

Here and back

Good for you, you have a long road ahead, much to learn, digest, read but you're on your way. I remember back a way when I was new to this and MaryKay I believe, from the Women's Room here on ECF was at the six month mark, I was in awe, really. I couldn't imagine going without a cig for six months now here I am after 2+ years. I wish you the ease that e cigs gave me kicking the habit, I wish the same to all.
