I heard Greg was okay, just non-responsive to customers now. Someone here talked to him tonight and he's perfectly fine. Theoretically, there's no real reason why he hasn't responded except that he hasn't felt like it, I guess.


I really really hate doing this here, but I've written Greg from Smoke LIberation a few times since I got my starter kits and haven't rec'd a response. He was great when I wanted to order them and expedite shipping. Really really helpful and friendly. But, I have two batteries that don't work. I actually thought I only had one battery that doesn't work, but I just tested them all and two of them don't work at all-- they light up but they don't connect with the atomizer.

So, is he known for being responsive to customers' problems or not? Thanks, all. I wrote him through my email, cust. support, and I pm'd him here. Nothing.

Usually I hear from Greg, but I haven't this week so I hope he is ok. No response is not like him.

Tonight we have a suppliers conference call and if he is on, Kendra, I will let him know that you are on the hunt for him.
Thanks very much. Yes, I would like to think that there is something going on (not too horrible) rather than him just not responding purposely!
