Smoked for almost 40 years and still OD

56 yrs old and smoked since I was 17. For a time 3 packs of Camel filters a day. Last few years 1 1/2. Started vaping about 5 weeks ago. Started using pre-filled cartos then buying some liquid at local retail store 36 mg. Chain vaped alot and still used 3 - 8 analogs a day. Bought some Vapor for Life 36 mg Kamel and just tried it. Sick to my stomach and dizzy. Didn't even chain vape this stuff and the difference in liquid is amazing.
By the way, good taste if you like tobacco flavors.

The same thing happened to me.I bought some 24mg maxboro from freedomsmokeusa and got dizzy I liked the flavor so much I didn't stop vaping.I was vaping more than I was smoking.Now I went down to a lower level of nic and am hooked on their specilty flavors.I thought I was a just lightweight.

Yeah, that happened to me as well. I think some ompanies have less nicotine intheir juices than they say they do... Who knows....

I think you become less attunued to nicotine in a short space of time is what it is; a few of us have noticed that we seem to get more 'affectd' by levels of nic that didn't seem to bother us when we started. I know I do. I started on 24mg (too high for me, a smoker of ultra lights albeit a pack a day) and dropped to 18mg and 12mg but I could still use the 24mg just not chain vape it. Now even trying 24mg makes me dizzy, the 18 I can't chain at all, cos it makes me feel ill, and Im finding chaining 12mg can give me stomach upsets ( a sign of nic OD) if I dont pace it and drink a TON. I also wonder if the drip-feed of nic via juice affects us differently than the head rush spike of nic we used to get from cigs.
It may be the nic level isnt as stated, as Xanax says, but this is a new industry, and the people using it are motivated to 'get things tested to prove points' so it would be a foolish company, I feel, who went the rip-off route lol.

certain juices especially really dark ones ex coffee, chocolate type flavors IMO seem to gunk up my attys more frequently. They just need to be cleaned out try blowing on the threaded end of the atty onto a piece of tissue paper to get some of that excess fluid out, and maybe a very quick(read 2-4 seconds) dry burn and my attys are clean and ready to use fresh again.
Other thoughts maybe if you are chain vaping you might be using more juice than your atty can wic efficiently than you might want to consider dripping or picking up some cartomizers. At least with the cartomizer they are cheap one goes out no worry to pick up a new one fill and vape away.

When I first got my juice box I went nuts on it with some 24mg e-liquid and felt dizzy and had some nasty heartburn. But it was fun! LOL

I bought the same brand juice, same mg and it gave me headaches. I was going to use it at work as a quick fix kinda juice but I thought the flavor was not that great either. I ended up buying some VG and cutting the mg in half. There really isn't much flavor left to it now. I will probably end up snagging the atty that has been used for vaping cinnabomb for this juice, that should add a little flavor

BTW, the best liq for me is ECOpure (VG). Nothing can compare to the taste of RICH and smoke volume. I have 10 bottles.

I used to smoke a pack of lights a day, so I naturally started on low strength liquids, 8mg (actually, these were rated as high strength back then). I only really get a good hit with 24mg, but chain vaping hives me heartburn; now I still use 24mg, but simply use it less frequently.
