Smoked last analog 10 Jan 2009

From more than two packs of Red Marlboros a day for 50 years now O analog and 0 vaping. It took me 2 months to go from 24mg to 0 nic, then took 3 months more to quit vaping. I sometimes feel like vaping again wit 0 nic.

Congrats!!! I smoked 1- 1 1/2 pad for 27 yrs. I started vaping almost six months ago and haven't had a cig since my battery was charged. Wish I could say I have plans to quit vaping, but I'm enjoying it way to much. Good for you!
