I was smoking a pack and a half to two packs a day of True Menthol Kools just two days ago. This is amazing. I had no cravings at all and only smoked the cigarette because I was trying to do a taste comparison; The cigarette tasted horrible. Is it unusual for this to happen so quickly?

It's not the universal rule, but it is not at all unusual either. I went from 2 pad to 1 pack-per-week with my first puff on an ecig. Amazing -- Yes! The cigs started tasting bad about 3 days later.

Good for you Marine!

Yeah, it happens pretty fast (especially when compared in flavor to vaping a good e-liquid).

Amazing how satisfied we were smoking what really tasted like :censored: for all that time, eh?

BTW, thanks for your service to all of us buddy!

No problem, thanks for your support.

Yes, it is that quick for some of us, others take a little longer. I am trying not to be one of 'those' people cause I cannot stand the smell of burning cigs or smoke. I move away from people who are smoking and they notice. I try not to be offensive about it. One thing I will NOT allow is anyone to smoke in my house or car. I would not be able to stand it now. Who would have thought after smoking for around 35 years straight.

I was a 2 pack a day smoker myself. The first day I had my kit, I smoked 4 cigarettes throughout the day. It's only been a week and I now feel like I could quit analogs completely if my 2nd battery hadn't been DOA. I'm waiting on a replacement and a USB passthrough. From that point on, it will be nothin' but pure vaping.

I am free from my analog cravings as long as I have juice and a charged battery for my new ego. 3 days completely free now. Over the past month using the blu the battery's couldn't keep up with me so I was down to about 5 analogs a day but now I'm free. Newbies who really want to quit smoking fast don't buy a mini.

Bravo Devil Dog! Ooh Rah from a former 0311!

Semper Fi. I'm super POG. Not as POG as it can get, but I'm close.

It happened like that for me. 2 packs a day and a few days after I started vaping, I can't stand cigarettes.

What is the attitude of the other marines to your vaping?

    My congrats and gratitude.

It's very diverse. I have quite a few friends that I have hooked on them, one that quit smoking using a couple of my spare kr8 batts. There are also quite a few who insist that they are worse for you than cigarettes. I had one guy tell me that he did his research and basically worships the FDA. I didn't respond, I don't think I'd change his mind, and I was content with just laughing at his blind loyalty to the FDA. I'd have to say I get more positive remarks than negative, although the first one is always, "What the :censored: are you smoking!?"
