I recently purchased a starter kit and additional cartos from SI on the Labor Day weekend. Even with the holiday, shipping was prompt with all items correctly included. Unfortunately one of the batteries would not hold a charge. I finally got around to sending a message on Wednesday the 18th, and received a prompt-courteous reply from Jeff at SI that they would be sending a replacement battery. The battery was delivered today on Saturday the 21st. Initial message sent on Wednesday evening and battery delivered Saturday morning, I couldn't ask for better customer service than that.Thank You Jeff and Smokeless Image.
