Smokeless Image PCC Fail

So I received my order of the pro kit from smokelessimage.com. I ordered this to get me back off the analogs after quitting vaping a while back. So far everything is ok except for my pcc. It came broken out of the box and doesnt work when not connected to the usb charger. My uncle also ordered a pro kit last week and his pcc isnt working either. Kind of dissapointed with this especially after being so excited about vaping again , but I sent an email to them to request another pcc so lets see how that goes. Just was wondering if anybody else experienced this with them.

My USB charger was broken, and they replaced it - no questions asked. So I'm sure they'll help you out as well!
I did offer them to send it along with another order I was going to place anyway, so they could save on shipping...

Sorry to hear you've had a problem... I've had nothing but great luck with Smokeless Image. Had one battery go south and their customer service was a dream to deal with. I'm sure they will resolve things quickly.
SI gets 5 stars in my book.

Just an update, they did send me out another pcc + did not charge for shipping. So thumbs up for the customer service
