Smokeless Image??

Does anyone know what is.going on with this company?? I made an order on May 6th and got an email bill of sale also saying.that I will recieve an email with tracking number when it ships... then what seemed like the next day their site is down saying that they are moving to a bigger wharhouse (thanks for letting me know, I would have ordered somewhere else.)...their site states that they should be back up today but still nothing.... thanks to them my wife is.back on the analogs and I get to deal with the horrible smell... are they comming back or am I out my money? so not impressed with their service...

They're coming back. Don't know what the holdup is on their web portal (I've been checking all day) but their B&M is up and running.

I know they were going to a completely new ordering system and part of the move this weekend including training their employees on it.

Sounds like they're just having technical difficulties. There are updates posted in their forum here on ECF but I haven't seen one in awhile.

I have put in a ticket and have posted on their forum to which I received a promt reply. Their site should be up tonight. Amazed at how quicky I received a reply after posting. This is my first order from this company, and have heard only good things...

Good to hear. They prolly have the best CS within the industry and have a large and loyal following. Having said that I've never used their products but have some converts/ friends that are very happy SI customers. After receiving your Volt go here for a freebie:

I ordered sometime around then (maybe a day before) and just got my order today, so don't worry! Their customer service has a well-earned reputation of being topnotch. If there is any inconvenience, they seem to go out of their way to make things right! (Very nice to see in a company). As for their site, I saw that they said it may be down today as well, but it should be up and running soon!

yep. a little late posting but i placed an order the day after they were back up (tues) and it is supposed to be here today or tomorrow (i used the cheapest shipping method since i could basically get "free shipping" with my points); so far i have had nothing but great results and exceptionally fast shipping from these guys (which is MUCH more than i can say from any other company i have tried/used so far - even with expedited shipping - with the exception of mt. baker vapors). my biggest "qualm" is that si has seemed to have sold out of quite a few items since their move and "relaunch" - presumably people as anxious as i was to get their orders in after being unable to do so for quite a few days ... and many hours longer than expected!! it's all good in my book now, at any rate! good luck to you!!

Just have to wait for Canada Post to send Smokeless Image a letter stating the issue and then Smokeless Image is.going to send me a replacement package.... could.take 7 days for.the letter and then another few weeks for.delivery....this sux...but at least Smokeless Image is providing excellent customer service
